These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 456be platform. By creating an account or using any 456be service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Welcome to 456be. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 456be ("456be", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 456be website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or placing any bets or wagers on 456be.
By accessing the 456be Platform, creating a user account, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 456be Platform.

1.Eligibility and Age Verification

- You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been excluded from 456be. If you have previously been subject to a self-exclusion at 456be, you must not attempt to re-register.
456be reserves the right to verify eligibility at any stage of the account lifecycle. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all pending bets, and forfeiture of any bonus balances. This does not affect your right to withdraw verified real-money balances subject to standard KYC verification procedures.
2.Account Registration and Security
Each individual may register only one account on 456be. The opening of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. When registering your 456be account, you agree to the following.
- You will provide a valid mobile number that you own and control. This number will be used for account verification, login authentication, and important account communications.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 456be account password. 456be will never ask you for your password. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact 456be support immediately.
- You consent to 456be conducting identity verification (KYC) checks at registration and at any subsequent point. KYC documentation may include a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification.
- You will not allow any other person to use your 456be account. You accept full responsibility for all activity carried out through your account, whether or not carried out with your knowledge or consent.
456be reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where it reasonably suspects a breach of these account security obligations, or where account activity appears inconsistent with the stated account holder's profile. In such cases, 456be may withhold funds pending an investigation and will work with the account holder to resolve the matter fairly.
3.Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods
456be processes all deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. 456be does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.
- The minimum deposit at 456be is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though 456be reserves the right to apply transaction limits for security or compliance reasons.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit. 456be may require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method selected and are typically completed within one to three business days.
- 456be does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile money provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay) may apply their standard transaction charges. 456be is not responsible for any charges applied by third-party payment providers.
- 456be reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request if a subsequent review reveals the account to be in breach of these Terms, including in cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or unverified identity.
All financial transactions on the 456be Platform are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. 456be complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and may be obligated to report suspicious transaction activity to the relevant authorities.
4.Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
456be offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion as communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out below.
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet within your 456be account. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn directly and must first satisfy the applicable wagering requirement (rollover) before conversion to withdrawable real-money balance.
- 456be reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited and for which wagering has commenced will not be affected by prospective changes to bonus terms.
- Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any player found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will forfeit all bonus and associated winnings and may have their account suspended.
- 456be's welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players who register a verified account and make a qualifying first deposit. Full terms of the welcome bonus, including the specific wagering requirement, are communicated at the point of registration and on the relevant promotions page.
5.Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 456be Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to the relevant authorities.
- Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a minor to access your account under any circumstances.
- Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the 456be Platform in a way not authorised by 456be, including for the purpose of placing bets, harvesting data, or manipulating game outcomes.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market. Coordinated betting, match-fixing, or any activity designed to manipulate the outcome of sports events or games is strictly prohibited.
- Using the 456be Platform for any money laundering activity or for any other unlawful purpose. All transactions on 456be are monitored for suspicious activity in accordance with applicable AML requirements.
- Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of contact with 456be. This includes impersonating another person or using a false identity to register an account.
456be employs fraud detection systems and regularly reviews account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 456be will take proportionate action, which may include account closure and referral to law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh.
6.Intellectual Property
All content on the 456be Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and presentation of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of 456be or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 456be Platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of 456be.
7.Responsible Gaming
456be is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on the Platform. 456be recognises that for a small number of players, gaming can become problematic. 456be provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players at no cost.
- Deposit limits: you may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your 456be account at any time. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session reminders: 456be will notify you of the duration of your active gaming session at regular intervals. You may configure the frequency of these reminders from within your account settings.

8.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 456be shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 456be Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if 456be has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
456be does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any defects will be corrected. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a bet or game round, 456be will use its reasonable endeavours to reconstruct the affected round and settle bets fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
9.Privacy and Data Protection
456be collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available on the Privacy Policy page of the 456be website. By using the 456be Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
456be will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. 456be may share personal data with trusted service providers who assist in operating the Platform, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.
10.Amendments to These Terms
456be reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players by a notice posted on the 456be Platform and, where material changes are involved, by direct communication to the email address or mobile number associated with your account.
Your continued use of the 456be Platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting 456be support.
11.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and 456be arising from your use of the Platform, 456be encourages players to contact the support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. 456be aims to respond to all formal complaints within five business days.
